Salt Lake County Fair competition coming up

I heard about a cake decorating competition at the Salt Lake County Fair. I’ve decided to do it. It’ll be a birthday present to myself. It’s gonna be on August 9th which is the day before my birthday. I’m excited to see what other cakes will be there and to see how I compare. I have the design of the cake and I think it’ll turn out nice. I’m doing a little fit of poured sugar which is new to me. Wish me luck.
