I am both excited and sad to say that my calendar is quickly becoming full. If you’re interested in a cake, I suggest you act quickly. Also, just to inform any possible clients, I will not be accepting any cakes in the month of July since I’m going to be having a baby.

American Cake Decorating Magazine wrote an article on the National Cake Decorating Competition. It just came out this month. I’ve always enjoyed reading the American Cake Decorating Magazine and have looked up to all of the decorators featured in the magazine. It was so fun for me to see my cake in the magazine and to receive more National Recognition.

At the end of last year, I thought that the publicity from the National Cake Decorating Competition was over. I was happy with the recognition that I received. However, there have been several things that have happened recently that I need to blog about. It has gotten me really thinking about this years competition and I’m getting really excited.

The OETA Network based in Oklahoma did a documentary on the competition and aired it last week. It was so fun for me to watch and relive that excitement. Go check it out. It’s a great show to watch for anyone that was involved or would like to be involved with the competition, as well as entertaining to anyone who loves the cake decorating scene. It’s called Sweet Rewards.
