Mastering Structures: The Art of Sculpted Cakes Class

November 2nd, 2010 by Amelia

As I mentioned yesterday, there is a class coming up at the Orson Gygi Culinary Institute. I am really excited for this class! It will be a class focusing on advanced cake structures and cake sculpting. The cake that we will be making will be almost 3 feet tall and will include working with sculpted cake, rice krises, modeling chocolate, and fondant. This class will be a very intense and cram packed two days. It’s coming up fast! Less than two weeks to sign up.   For more information, check out my Classes page or go to the Orson Gygi Culinary Institute website.
