Mastering Structures: The Art of Sculpted Cakes Class

As I mentioned yesterday, there is a class coming up at the Orson Gygi Culinary Institute. I am really excited for this class! It will be a class focusing on advanced cake structures and cake sculpting. The cake that we will be making will be almost 3 feet tall and will include working with sculpted cake, rice krises, modeling chocolate, and fondant. This class will be a very intense and cram packed two days. It’s coming up fast! Less than two weeks to sign up.
