Salt Lake City Cake Classes

I don’t have the dates set yet, but I’m really excited about a class series that I will be teaching in Salt Lake City, Utah somewhere between the end of May or beginning of June. I will teach a two day beginning class and a two day advanced class. Here’s the lineup.
Beginning Class
Day 1- Baking and Building
Day 2- Designing and Decorating
Advanced Class
Day 1- Structure and Sculpting
Day 2- Flowers and Figures
I will have more details as soon as I get a date figured out. I just am so excited about these classes that I had to share. If anyone out there is interested in these classes and wants to give input or make requests, I would love to hear from you.

I am so interested in learning to decorate – so beginner stuff. I say your cakes in an article locally and would like to take classes. If SLC is the only location then I am in, but I would love to have one here in Logan! Please let me know if you do one so I can register before it is filled up!

Count me in for your advanced class. Just DON’T schedule them for the end of June, a grandbaby is on his way.

I watched your episode on TLC and I am so inspired by you!! I would LOVE to take one of your classes, can’t wait to find out a date!
