Classes

Since starting as an instructor in 2004, Amelia has taught several basic and intermediate cake decorating classes.  After focusing on teaching the Wilton Method for much of that time, she has now decided to start teaching more advanced classes.

Frosted Fantasy Cakes is happy to announce our first class in this new series…

Mastering Gumpaste: The Art of Flowers

Gumpaste MagnoliaAmelia will teach her method of gumpaste flowers, as seen on many of her cakes, including her winning cake from the Grand National Wedding Cake Competition in September.

This will be a full day class designed for intermediate/advanced level decorators.  Even if you have never worked with gumpaste before, Amelia’s method will teach you to make many types of flowers at a high-level of proficiency.
